The papers of arts administrator and painter William Radford Thomas measure 0.4 linear feet and date from 1972 to 1975. Found are records relating to Expo '74 in Spokane, Washington and an exhibition at Eastern Washington State College, Sightings (1975). Included is a cassette tape of Alfred Frankenstein speaking at Expo '74.
