Alphabet letters A-H and T-V are missing from years 1931-1941; for 1942, letters O and X-Z are missing. Additional correspondence with Ansel Adams, John Taylor Arms, Alexander Brook, Frank Crowninshield, Mrs. Edsel Ford, Jane Heap, Rudy Pozzatti, Hilla Rebay, Harry Sternberg, William Stieg, Marion Willard, Carl Zigrosser, and others. Exhibition files pertain to Antonio Frasconi. Financial records include bound and loose sales receipts, 1940-1947 and 1957-1989, a sales ledger, 1944, and expense books, 1958-1975 for both the gallery and book store. Printed material includes exhibition catalogs and photocopies of eight scrapbooks/exhibition catalogs, 1919-1951, and two volumes of photocopied catalogs, 1932-1951.
An addition of 5.0 linear feet donated 2016 includes correspondence, financial records including index cards containing provenance information for works of art, photographs of works of art, and printed material consisting of exhibition catalogs and brochures from the Weyhe Gallery.
