Summary: Two scrapbooks containing printed material, clippings, letters, reproductions, memorabilia, and photgraphs relating to the career of illustrator and painter, Cecil Calvert Beall. Much of the material concerns Beall's painting, "Surrender of Japan Aboard the U.S.S. Missouri," 1945.

Biographical/Historical Note

Collector of C.C. Beall's paintings; British Columbia, Canada. Beall was a born in Saratoga, Wyoming and died in Tampa, Florida. He grew up in New Jersey.
