Biographical/Historical Note
Vicente Dopico Lerner (1943-2020) was a painter in Miami, Florida. He was born in Havana, Cuba and came to the United States in 1964. He received a bachelor's and a master's degree in fine arts from St. Thomas University in Miami. He also studied art at the Art Students League of New York in the 1970s where he studied with Robert Motherwell, Rodolfo Abularach, and other prominent artists.
