Series 1: Personal Papers , 1926-1983
4 folders
Box 1

The Personal Papers series begins with Hanbury's correspondence with family and friends. Memorabilia, comprised mainly of printed material, includes a brochure about Chelsea Pottery in Nassau run by her relative David Rawnsley, an announcement of daughter Jillian's marriage, a program of Queen Elizabeth's coronation, and theater programs. Public speaking records include by-laws and membership lists of the Capital Speakers Club, programs of the Capital Public Speaking Classes, speech notes, and instructor's comments. The series also contains some pencil drawings by Una Hanbury, executed 1926 to 1928, and a silkscreen by her grandson, Colin Poole, from 1970.
The series is arranged alphabetically by folder title, and material within each folder is arranged chronologically.
