The photographs of Boston sculptor Thomas Ridgeway Gould measure 0.01 linear feet and dates from circa 1840 to circa 1850. The collection consists of five photographs including four cartes-de-vistes, depicting Gould, Gould's son, and a sculpture by Gould; and one cabinet card depicting Gould.

Immediate Source of Acquisition
The Thomas Ridgeway Gould photographs were donated in 2016 by art historian Christine I. Oaklander who purchased the photographs at auction.
