This record forms part of the Chicago’s Art-Related Archival Materials: A Terra Foundation Resource project funded by the Terra Foundation for American Art. For this project, the Archives surveyed archival repositories throughout the Chicago region to identify art-related materials contained in their holdings. Descriptive Summary
Unprocessed. Approximately 50 items, the work of calligrapher and artist Christopher Gausby, consisting of 26 calligraphic broadsides, manuscripts, and artist’s books; 5 decorated letters; and archival material including notebooks, calligraphic fragments, greeting cards, typescripts, letters and a card, and digital reproductions, photographs, and Xerox images of manuscripts and collage books, notebooks, manuscripts, and constructions.
