Media Burn Independent Video Archive in a not-for-profit organization founded in 2003 to preserve the work of early independent videotape and television production. Videos are digitized for free online streaming. Topics include Chicago history, American politics, mass media, and urban life. The collection includes numerous videos documenting art and artists, which are individually described online.
