2 folders of examples of fine printing collected by Richard Templeton and a few pieces of correspondence addressed to Templeton about his printing collection. Some biographical information is included.

Biographical Historical Note

Richard H. Templeton, Jr. graduated from Amherst College, 1931, and was active in private and fine printing in Buffalo, ca. 1939-40, before moving to Chicago.  There he was a member of the Caxton Club of Chicago. He was active in contemporary art circles.
