Chicago Public Library, Woodson Regional Library Center

Carter G. Woodson Regional Library, a southside branch library of the Chicago Public Library system, houses the Vivian G. Harsh Research Collection, the largest African American history and literature collection in the Midwest. Included are several archival collections with material relating to African American artists and designers. Finding aids are available in the Chicago Public Library online union catalogue.
