Requesting Materials

You can request an appointment to view materials in the Washington, D.C. reading room or to receive reproductions. Requests can be made as you navigate through the collection on either the series description page (found through Contents and Arrangement) or on individual folders.

Alternative Forms Available

All material donated in 1976 is available on legacy microfilm reels 2716-2725 at Archives of American Art offices and through interlibrary loan. Users should note that the current arrangement of the papers does not match the order of the material on microfilm due to re-processing and the microfilm is incomplete.

Restrictions on Access

Use of original papers requires an appointment and is limited to the Archives' Washington, D.C., Research Center.
