This series consists of awards, scattered biographical sketches and resumes, invitations, material from Lee's service with the Monuments, Fine Arts and Archives Division, retirement memorabilia, and a file of clippings and photocopies of passages entitled "useful quotations" by Lee. Awards include certificates and honorary degrees from institutions and organizations throughout Ohio and the U.S.. Retirement memorabilia consists of a goodbye collage signed by staff of the Cleveland Museum of Art and a file of printed material, photos, and notes from Lee's bulletin board.

Of note are the travel diaries which may include traditional diary entries, contact addresses, and notes. Files are found for Lee's travel for the Cleveland Museum of Art and for independent trips, likely for his consulting work.
