Administrative records include a wide variety of materials documenting the organization's general administrative, financial, and operating affairs; founding and history; events; board, council, and committee activities;and membership information. Also found are biographical materials on Marcelle Labaudt, long-time member and and executive director of the SFWA. Within the files concerning Labault is material documenting a film project about Labault by Marlana Beckman, which includes film and sound recordings.
