Early letters are from the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Bertha Shaefer Gallery among others. Notable correspondents include Margaret Carney, Kenneth Ferguson, Ben Howard, Alice Parrott, Charles Redfern, Toshiko Takaezu, Frans Wildenhain, and Barry Zawachi.
