Biographical/Historical Note

The Richard Florsheim Art Fund (est. 1989) is an art organization in Tampa, Florida. Established in the will of artist Richard Floresheim (1916-1979), the Fund was created to support living American artists, age 60 or older, by funding exhibitions that included the publication of a substantive catalogs and by purchasing works for the collections of nonprofit institutions.


Donated 2004 by the Richard Florsheim Art Fund via August L. Freundlich, president of the Richard Florsheim Art Fund.
