This series includes Roger Wong's personal and professional correspondence with family, friends, artists, art collectors, gallery owners, arts organizations, museums, and colleagues. Notable correspondents include artists Chris Burden, Patrick Kennedy, Pat Patterson, and Gary Wood; Richard Wong's brothers, Richard and Ronald; art collectors such as John Chase; friends and colleagues such as Suzanne Lerner; and some gallery owners.
Alphabetical correspondence is arranged at the beginning of the series, followed by thank you letters to gallery patrons and holiday greeting cards, then chronological correspondence. Alphabetical correspondence includes letters to and from various individuals but chronological correspondence from after 1982 consists of letters written by Roger Wong to others.
