Biographical/Historical Note
Painter, collagist, and graphic artist; New York, N.Y. Born in 1914 in New York City. He studied at the National Academy of Design from 1929-1930, and at the New School for Social Research. Manso taught at Cooper Union, New York University, Columbia University and at the University of Michigan.
