Biographical materials include resumes, school yearbooks, DVD's of Wilson paintings, a series of video reels featuring Wilson, and a videocassette interview of Wilson.
Correspondence consists of letters to friends, colleagues, and art organizations. There are also letters from Gruen.
Writings are primarily teaching notes, notes in general, and draft manuscripts for a few articles written by Wilson.
Professional materials include correspondence and agreements with art organizations for hosting exhibitions; correspondence, meeting minutes, and related documents for organizations such as the National Academy of Design and the National Academy of Arts and Letters during her period of serving as board member.
Business records consist primarily of price lists and inventories.
Printed materials consist of newspaper and magazine clippings, exhibition announcements, and exhibition catalogs.
Artwork consists primarily of an unbound sketchbook, sketches and a folder of two paintings.
Photographic material consists of some personal photographs of Wilson and her family, a series of travel photographs and slides, and photographs and slides of artwork.
