Among the correspondents are George Biddle, Stuart Davis, Maurice Becker, Morris Blackburn, Frederic Taubes, Robert Laurent, Emlen Etting, Duncan Phillips, Edith and Ira Glackens, Max Eastman, Robert Minor, Roland McKinney, Albert Werner, Will Durant, Art Young, H. L. Mencken, William B. Tholen, William C. Bullitt, and Ben Hecht.

Barber's wife, Margaret, gave the papers to Signature Galleries.
