Video content includes footage from two separate meetings, and from a video production control room. Subject matter of footage and included conversation centers on various aspects of developing a database system and establishing a helpdesk service for the system. Video begins with announcement "IBM, [muffled] Productions, Reel 3." Notes copied from the tape: 1986 June 17, Reel 3. Bruce Bassett is credited based on his name being mentioned in the recording, and the tape's location among archival material credited to him.
