Biographical/Historical Note
Linda Stein (1943- ) is a feminist sculptor, educator, and activist based in New York City; she often works with symbols of femininity to explore conceptions of protection, social inclusion, and pacifism. Stein is the founder of the art education non-profit Have Art: Will Travel!
Katie Larson (b. 1986) is an art historian based in Washington, DC.
