Biographical/Historical Note
Joan Truckenbrod (1945- ) is an artist whose work draws on concepts of the digital and of craft through video, installation, textiles, and sculpture. Professor emerita at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Truckenbrod currently lives in Corvallis, Oregon.
Leslie Jones (1966- ) is a curator and art historian based in California.

This interview is part of the Archives of American Art Oral History Program, started in 1958 to document the history of the visual arts in the United States, primarily through interviews with artists, historians, dealers, critics and administrators.
