Summary: The papers of painter Hilda Pertha measure 8.2 linear feet and date from 1940-2011. Included is biographical material consisting of artist's statements; correspondence with friends, family, galleries, and employers; writings including journals and studio notes by Pertha; project files; photographs and slides of Pertha, her work, exhibitions, home, and studio; artwork by Pertha including including preparatory sketches in marker, ink, pencil, and watercolor; and printed material consisting of clippings, gallery announcements, posters, cards, and broadsides. A portion of the material is in electronic format.

Donated 2013 by Mila Ahern, Hilda Pertha's daughter and in 2019 by Connie Korbel-Mickey, Pertha's biographer.
