REELS 1653, 1765-1766, 2094-2095, 2151 & 2353: Financial records including loan agreements, invoices, appraisals, bills, insurance forms, price lists and correspondence; and a file concerning the dating of Thomas Eakins "The Swimming Hole."
REELS 1649-1652, 1767-1771, 2152 & 2351: Registrar files including information sheets, correspondence, photographs, condition reports, clippings and printed material for each work of art acquired by the museum.
