Scope and Contents
The Ernst Benkert papers measure 0.4 linear feet and date from 1962 to 1996. The papers document Benkert's career as a painter and member of the Anomima Group through correspondence, interview questions, an exhibition proposal, invoices, loan receipts, writings by Benkert and other members of the Anonima Group, exhibition announcements and catalogs, and photographs of Benkert and members of the Anonima Group. Also included is one audio reel labeled "Anonima Panel Discussion, 4/2/64."
