Dwight's biographical material includes two address books, one of which contains contact information for art dealers, museum collectors, and others; pages from a 1961 calendar documenting logistical and travel details related to Dwight's research; a certificate from the American Arbitration Association; two letters and four illustrated postcards from friends and artists Schomer and Ruth Lichtner; one snapshot photograph of unidentified people; a folder of receipts and other financial records documenting research-related travel; and printed material, including news clippings, documenting Dwight's career and his posts at the Cincinnati Art Museum and the Munson-Williams-Proctor Museum of Art, as well as a poster for a talk given by Dwight on Audubon at Hamilton College in 1967.
Of note in the printed material is brief documentation of Dwight's work as a photographer, which includes a list of entries for the catalog of his exhibition, Twenty-Five Color Photographs by Edward H Dwight 1958-1970 , at Weyhe Gallery in 1972.
