This subseries includes notes, drafts, and manuscripts of published and unpublished articles and short writings. Also found here are notes, drafts and the manuscript for an unpublished autobiography, as well as an outline, notes and partial draft of an unpublished book, "Design and Weave." There are drafts, text and bibliographical material for an Encyclopedia Britannica entry on tapestry, as well as notes relating to speeches and writings.
