Summary: Two brief biographical sketches of Aston Knight and painter Ridgway Knight; six letters to Mrs. Charles N. Dietz from Aston and Ridgway Knight, 1915-1923; and Aston Knight's correspondence with Elizabeth Howser of the Joslyn Art Museum regarding paintings by Ridgway Knight, 1933-1935.
Collector; Omaha, Neb. Mr. and Mrs. Dietz visited Daniel Ridgway Knight before World War I and purchased several paintings from him, two of which were bequeathed to the Joslyn Art Museum in 1934.
Donated 1976 by the Joslyn Art Museum, which had received it from Charles N. Dietz.
