ICOR (Idishe Kolonizatsie Organizatsie in Rusland), also known as the Organization for Jewish Colonization in the Soviet Union, was an organization in North America established to support the collective settlement of Jews.

The relationship of the lender, Dewey Albinson, to the materials lent is uncertain.
