Subject files, 1939-1990, primarily concern Lacoste School of Arts' housing donations, benefits, solicitations, grant-scholarships, foreign and domestic studies programs, program and course enrollment, publicity, speeches and lectures, student courses, and student evaluations, insurance, teacher applications, travel and transportation, various expenses, visiting lectureres, and writings about art techniques and assignments. Also found are files on Sarah Lawrence College, 1970-1975, Joan Baren and the South Bronx kids, and on individuals, Charles DeCarlo, 1971-1973, Maurice Dijian, 1970-1971, Katherine Hahn Falk, 1985-1986, and many others. Writings by Pfriem include speeches, statements, essays, and lectures. Original artwork includes Pfreim's drawings and works of art by students.
