The series contains portraits and snapshots of the Arwins, including their daughter Melanie; personal photographs of friends and colleagues, cats, and buildings; photos of artists Ben Shahn, Richard Kozlow, and others; and photos of gallery installations, openings, and events including a photograph by photojournalist Tony Spina. Also found are photos of works of art by Irma Cavat, John Kearney, Rick Ryan, Steve Taylor, Karel Appel, and Picasso; and two film reels related to the 1963 gallery fire.
