Marine and landscape painter; born in Portsmouth, N.H.; lived in Boston and New York; Associate of the National Academy of Design.


Lent for microfilming 1975 by Alfred Ferguson Ingram. A copyprint of the photograph was made, and microfilmed with AAA's Photographs of Artists Collection II in 1980.
