Summary: One letter dated October 12, 1990, from artist Alexandre Hogue to Michael Hazel, writer and editor of Legacies: A History Journal for Dallas and North Central Texas. Hogue writes in regards to an article Hazel was publishing about Hogue's proposal for a mural to be painted for the Hall of State for the Texas Centennial Exposition of 1936. The proposal wasn't accepted, but was included in the fall issue of Legacies. Hazel also included a copy of the publication with the article.
