Thursday, July 29, 1890 The Freeman has taken no notice of the communication I sent over my signature, relative to free delivery in this city. I have written to Wm. M. Hayes today for an interview and will try to do without the Freemans help. Van Eltan came this forenoon and have set boundaries at Jones' S. E. corner and S. W. corner also at the two angles in the line from Chestnut to Holmes St. near our house. He also ran out the concrete house but not finally. Is to come tomorrow.
