Friday, Apr 11, 1890 Cool but bright. Tom and Rommel to help him put up the old stove in the lower kitchen as Sara intends to use the upper kitchen this summer. Tom also took the covering from the cistern on the outside near the bath room. I planted some lettuce. In the evening Sara and I went down after John and Julia to call on the Coykendalls.
