Sunday, Nov 6, 1887 Mr. Sawyer and I attended the Methodist Church. There were no exercises in the pulpit as it was communion day. After the services the Pastor, Mr. Haviland, Mr Hale and others came and spoke with Mr. Sawyer. I wrote to Lucy and to Mary.
