Jervis McEntee Diaries
Friday April 23, 1886
Jervis McEntee Diary Entry, April 23, 1886, from the Jervis McEntee papers, 1850-1905, in the Archives of American Art, Smithsonian Institution
Friday, Apr 23, 1886 This Good Friday to Church people and a beautiful spring day. Mrs. Lacey called on her way to Canada. Has been ill but looked robust enough as far as I could see. Wrote to Mrs. Wilkinson from whom I had a letter a few days ago sending me a photograph of Katy. I wish I were at home now. I shall probably do no more work here and only stay here in the hope of selling something.< Previous Entry | Next Entry >
