Tuesday, Dec 11, 1883 Fuller & Mr Sill a friend of his called. Shattuck came to my studio in the evening. Showed me a patent stretcher he has invented which I think is excellent. Clark the carpenter came to see about doing some work for me. Julia Vaux came and we walked home together.
