Monday Oct. 10- Royal came early and we made our purchases at Kimball’s. Engaged William Boynton to haul in stores to upper end of carry. John Daisey came and we started in the birches at 11 o’clock, cold, cloudy, and windy…Reached Little Schoodie at 4 and camped for the night.
