Sunday, Oct 3, 1880 Spent a greater part of the day writing. To B. F. Butler enclosing a note to the Sec. of the Treasury about my picture, a long letter to Weir and one to Booth. Cousin Rachel and Gussie and one of her children called and Mrs. Roora also to invite my father and mother to Dewitts wedding Oct. 14th.
