Finished the work on the house yesterday except painting the porches which I did this forenoon. Gertrude and I took a ride Monday evening. Mr. Blauvelt became insane and on Monday in N.Y. was put in Bloomingdale Asylum. Mr. Killerman left this morning. Recd a letter from St. Louis in answer to one I wrote about their exhibition.
