Jervis McEntee Diaries
Wednesday December 3, 1873
Jervis McEntee Diary Entry, Wednesday, December 3, 1873, from the Jervis McEntee papers, 1850-1905, in the Archives of American Art, Smithsonian Institution
Wednesday, Dec 3, 1873- Painted on my little Winter today. Gertrude went to the dress makers in Kingston and did not come home to dinner. After dinner I had the horse harnessed to the sleigh and I went after her to take a ride. We went out on the Saugerties road and crossed over to the Flat bush road near the church. A thaw set in today and it rained a little before we reached home but we had a nice ride.< Previous Entry | Next Entry >
