Terence Gower, installation artist and guest curator, will present a free gallery talk in connection with the exhibition SPANS: Photographs from the Esther McCoy Papers at the Archives of American Art.
The New York Research Center will be closed from May 4, 2012 until September 2012.
More than 1,350 digital images, representing nearly 1,000 documents, were contributed to the Marcel Breuer Digital Archive, hosted by Syracuse University Library.
Perry Amsellem, Linda Lichtenberg Kaplan, Bridget Moore and Martin O’Brien have been elected to the Smithsonian's Archives of American Art’s board of trustees.
