Traveling Exhibition: Artists in Their Studios

The Archives’ exhibition Artists in Their Studios will be at the Forbes Galleries, 62 Fifth Avenue (at 12th Street) in New York City from June 12 to September 19, 2007. This exhibition celebrates the publication of the book Artists in Their Studios, Images from the Smithsonian’s Archives of American Art and includes fifty-five vintage prints of artists in their studios from the Archives, as well as letters, writings and financial records.
