THEODORE ("TED") LUDWICZAK


Theodore ("Ted") Ludwiczak (b. 1926) with his carved stone heads on the Hudson River. In an interview for the Archives of American Art Chuck Rosenak said, "After his retirement, he [Ludwiczak] took a railroad spike and a simple hammer and carved out faces he saw in the rocks along the Hudson. This is one of my favorite pictures."
