Merry Renk Interview Excerpt (4:15 min:sec)

In 2001, Arline M. Fisch interviewed fellow metalsmith MERRY RENK (b. 1921) at Renk's home and studio in San Francisco. Renk describes the process of making her Wedding Crown in 1968 for the Objects: USA exhibition organized by dealer Lee Nordness. The interview was funded by Nanette L. Laitman as the part of the Archive of American Art's Nanette L. Laitman Documentation Project for Craft in America.
