The First Annual Whitewater Ceramic Invitational

Artist statements and biographies from THE FIRST ANNUAL WHITEWATER CERAMIC INVITATIONAL, Whitewater, Wisconsin, 1968, seven pages, mimeographed. The exhibition, curated by Steven Kemenyffy, was one of many in the late 1960s that sought to expressed the vitality and freedom of ceramics in the United States. Participants included Ron Brown, Ruth Duckworth, Tom La Dousa, Dan Lowery, Kemenyffy, Ian Nelson, Tom Potter, Donald Reitz, Paul Solner, Ken Vavrek, and William Vokolek. Clayton Bailey papers.
