Illustrated letter from Enrique Riveron to Giulio Blanc, 1982.

From the Riveron artists' files in the Giulio V. Blanc papers, 1920-1995, Archives of American Art, Smithsonian Institution.

Translation in English:

Mr. Giulio Blanc
The Adams Hotel
New York, NY.

Dear Giulio:

On the 21st of April I had the pleasure of sending you the drawing that you requested for Cisneros' magazine, I believe I wrote you during this time, and I later wrote you again on the 27th of that month. So far I have not heard whether you received my drawing. Of course, I would like to know whether you've received it or not.

I would appreciate it if you would do me the favor of telling me if you've received my drawing or at least what has been its fate.

I hope you will forgive my disturbing you. With greetings to Cisneros, receive these with the affection of your friend.

Enrique
E.R.
