This exhibition explores the life of Warren Mackenzie and his evolution as a legendary ceramicist. Included in the exhibit are a 1961 illustrated letter from Bernard Leach to Mackenzie, as well as audio excerpts from a 2002 interview with Mackenzie conducted for the Archives of American Art.
This exhibition will travel to the North Dakota Museum of Art, Grand Forks, ND; the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft, Houston, TX; the Arkansas Art Center, Little Rock, AK; the Museum of Craft and Folk Art, San Francisco, CA; and the Fuller Craft Museum, Boston, MA
