Collection Summary: A report by Sylvia Loomis on a day long exhibition parody in Santa Fe of the "World's Fairs" which were then concurrently running in New York and San Francisco; also includes clippings about the exhibit; and 22 photographs taken by Ernest Knee of works of art done by Santa Fe artists imitating old and new masters.
Biographical/Historical Note: Art exhibition, 1939; Santa Fe, N.M. Held to benefit the New Mexico Association on Indian Affairs. Mrs Charles H. Dietrich was chairperson.
The photographs of works exhibited were given to the donor, Sylvia Loomis, by Mrs. Charles H. Dietrich.
